Savar & Associates
'What's your differentiator?'

Most often the proud reply is 'our superior product/service!' That's not a sufficient differentiator for two good reasons. First, regardless of how good your product/service is, its unrealistic to image that no one else can provide similar quality. Even if you're providing a new technology, sooner or later, others will be on board with it and it will no longer be your differentiator. Second, great products and services have become an expectation of today's sophisticated buyers.

So, what's the answer? The answer lies with a combination of quality product, competitive price and the customer experience! That's your differentiator! And that's what earns or costs you client loyalty. Remember, your employees are always either contributing to or contaminating the customer experience!

Savar & Associates teaches multicultural companies how to provide exceptional customer experiences that earn client loyalty.

Intelligent Office - Reston is proud to partner with Savar & Associates. We are dedicated to providing an enjoyable and stimulating workplace for our employees and to providing exceptional customer service experiences for our clientele.
