Our Intelligent Office Rockville Staff has been providing services without interruption since returning June 2020. We continue to prioritize the health of our IO community, taking all necessary steps to provide a safe and comfortable environment. We will continue certain health practices for our team members, Clients, and visitors such as acrylic barriers at the reception desk, hand sanitizing stations throughout the suite, sanitizing products in all workspaces and routine cleaning of common areas, offices and conference rooms after each use!
Following the CDC guidance, Intelligent Office is updating its COVID-19 policy. Effective June 1, 2021, fully vaccinated individuals may utilize the Intelligent Office suite without wearing a mask and may use conference rooms and common areas to their full capacity. People who are not fully vaccinated must use their own discretion as to whether they wish to wear masks while visiting our suite and using workspace.
All employees and guests are asked to not enter the suite if they are feeling ill and to follow practices to provide a safer environment for all. Guests are relied on to use personal responsibility to determine if mask wearing and social distancing are required.

Times have certainly changed in the past few months but we are excited to welcome you back and see your masked faces!
It’s a new norm, but together we can move forward and create our own success story! On June 15th, our Rockville team returned to the office on a rotating schedule to ensure smooth operations of the suite, to manage daily tasks and assist with administrative needs (copies, witnessing, notary, etc). Many daily routines have resumed such as mail sorting, distribution and notifications as well as access to workspace (in different configurations); however some routines and guidelines have changed to ensure the safety of all of our members, staff and guests.
We’ve taken many measures to fully equip our suite and put new IO protocols in place.

While some offices are located in areas with a shelter-at-home mandate, Intelligent Office remains open to provide essential services in support of businesses, including mail service and phone answering. We continue to offer the full array of services with staff working remotely.
We continue to provide private office space to members and non-members who need a private, productive and quiet office. Should you choose to visit the suite, we recommend that social distancing and COVID-19 safety protocols be followed closely. On-demand offices and meeting rooms can be booked and cancelled by calling our main phone line as per usual, but use of meeting spaces is at your own risk until further notice. In all cases, mail pick-up is available with a 24/7 access card.
To ensure a safe environment for our valued members, the building's janitorial staff is taking the proper precautions to clean and disinfect the suite's public spaces regularly. We recommend that you also bring sanitizing wipes/gel/spray to use as another precaution per the recommendations outlined by WHO/CDC.
For those using our phone answering service, phones continue to be answered during regular business hours.

At Intelligent Office, the safety and well-being of our clients and staff is our priority, as is our responsibility to our communities, especially during this critical time. We are monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely and have implemented several precautionary measures.
We are updating our core internal systems and optimizing our in-office staff, allowing staff to work full-time from home, the the majority of services continuing without disruption. This will minimize exposure for our staff and for valued clients, while still allowing complete access to dedicated client office spaces.
We are following guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), along with the World Health Organization (WHO) and local health departments as we navigate this situation. With this, we are implementing additional sanitation measures at our offices as well.
We are asking all our Intelligent Office staff, clients and franchise owners to notify us immediately if they become aware of any individual in the building who may have been exposed to, or is confirmed positive for, coronavirus. This will help to protect the safety of our broader communities and ensure appropriate actions are taken swiftly.
While your health and safety are our main concern, we understand that you also have a business to protect and customers to serve.
