Challenge

In addition to the large amount of customers Full Circle Lawn Care already had, the business was expanding, and the cliental was going to multiply. When the business initially contacted us, they were looking to get everything in order for the merge. They needed a team of assistant’s to not only assist incoming calls but make outgoing calls, schedule appointments, handle/ create marketing projects, and follow billing and collections processes in order to make the transition as smooth as possible for the business and customers.

The Solution

We inquired with Full Circle about the merge of the business and the processes of the business at the time. We all worked together to create ideas and business solutions that would allow the business to have little to worry about when the merge took place. We currently assist inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, welcome new customers by sending letters, assist in marketing materials, and billing processes.

The Results

Full Circle Lawn Care still has their hands full of “grass to grow,” but we assist them in it every day! This client never fails to let a day go by without telling us, “You’re the best.” We were able to help this client better manage the merge of the business and ultimately build relationships with current and new customers.

The Solution

After further discussing the daily tasks the business owner of New Jersey Copy was handling, we were able to fit our services into a package that best suited the business’s needs. We now assist all incoming and outgoing calls, make weekly updates to the website, obtain payment/order information from customers, and handle all of the bookkeeping for the business.

Frontier Tree Company is located in Middletown, NJ is a family owned and operated tree, shrub and lawn care service.

Finest Logistics and their team have a place to work, outside of their homes, which helped them put a professional front to the business. Not only was the business owner happy that he had a place for his team to work. He was happy that they were happy with his choice in a space.

I have worked in this building for 10 years. It is a great place with a comfortable atmosphere. All the tenants have been nice to work along side with. The staff are all knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The location is easy access to the GSP, shopping, bus depot and home. There are plenty amenities on the property including an updated cafeteria with inside and outside seating, a great gym and mail facilities. They also supplement your UBER expense if needed. I only have good words for this building and its location. Come check it out!
