You do not need to physically visit your shared office. However, if you choose to, we are fully staffed on weekdays, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Your records can be sent to your Intelligent Office location via courier, fax, or email, and our staff will update your files in your private, locked file drawer. This is included in your monthly fee. If you are subject to an OMVIC inspection, you will be notified, and an Intelligent Office employee will make your files available to the OMVIC representatives, provide private office space for review, and make administrative assistance available as required.
