Facility and Mail Services

Here at Intelligent Office, a Mail Only package is literally just a mailbox. We are not a "Mailboxes Etc." or "UPS Store", nor do we ever want to be. Intelligent Office is the innovator and leader in virtual services, and that is our mandate. 

Mail-Only Membership includes:

• 100 Consilium Place, Suite 200, Scarborough, ON as your business address
• Private locked mailbox (no box number required - we do the sorting to maintain the professional appearance of the address)
• Access to the mailbox from Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
• Mail forwarding and consultation available
• Does not include package receipt privileges (extra charges will apply)
• Does not include use of on-demand meeting space

Facility members have 24/7 access to mail and the ability to book rooms 24/7 or prepay for office/meeting room hours at a discount. If someone walks in asking for the company, we act like this is your office and that you work by appointment only. This also allows you the privilege of booking space at any Intelligent Office location throughout North America.
