The level of expertise that the (local) phone answering staff has when it comes to their professional manner, knowledge of my business, my specific expectations and all the options they provide, is a step above any other business in this industry. The building (meeting spaces, lobby/receptionist area, and offices) is beautiful and has everything I need including two receptionists to greet my clients! 10 out of 10!

Professional phone answering is done by friendly and local staff who take the time to learn about your business to maintain your standards. The variety of meeting spaces are great for both occasional conferences or regular meetings with clients.

Great staff and extremely easy to use! Within 2-minutes I was setup with an office and everything I needed. The place is perfect for a meeting or online call. Free coffee and water we're really nice as well. I look forward to using Intelligent Office next time I am in Oro Valley!

Highly recommend Intelligent Office. I've used their services for over 5 years and have been happy with their quality!

The intelligent office is staffed with full time professional receptionists who handle all my reservations and reception needs including advising walk in clients appointment only in a professional manner. Clients walk into the beautiful building are greeted and offered water or coffee then led to where I am set up for the meeting. I highly recommend Intelligent offices for small businesses needing a professional environment for client meetings.
