The intelligent office is staffed with full time professional receptionists who handle all my reservations and reception needs including advising walk in clients appointment only in a professional manner. Clients walk into the beautiful building are greeted and offered water or coffee then led to where I am set up for the meeting. I highly recommend Intelligent offices for small businesses needing a professional environment for client meetings.

The Intelligent Office has provided virtual reception service for several years and has proven to be of immense value to my company. It has been increasingly evident that having access to their professional services has helped me to manage my business in a much more efficient manner. the Intelligent Office receive phone calls is to free up some of my time answering calls yet not miss calls that are important and require my action or attention. To be sure, this is working as I am not spending nearly the amount of time on answering phones ... so much so I worry that I am missing important calls. Perhaps there is a way of finessing the instructions to allow for calls to come through that I have not been getting without inundating me with unnecessary interruptions. The intelligent office staff are exceptionally well trained and professional to the point that a caller would believe they are part of my office staff. As such there services would qualify as exceptional customer service without a doubt. A GREAT place for your business to call home. This is a full-service alternative if you need working office space without all the customary overheads--front desk, phones, reception, conference rooms, kitchen. What more could you need or want? Very nice, friendly office staff as well.

There is nothing more frustrating than getting an automated voice answering machine when trying to reach someone. Intelligent office was the perfect fit for my business. I am Broker/Owner of a real estate company and with the agents busy schedules it is imperative we receive phone calls as they are coming in. Intelligent Office had just what we were looking for. A live person answering the phone and directing the calls to where they needed to go. I can be on vacation and still get the phone calls I need to keep my business going. I think Intelligent Office is a great value.
