Though it was a little on the pricey side, location was super convenient, space was clean, front desk/reception were friendly, it served its purpose for our needs .

Jordan came over for our scheduled winter HVAC inspection. He did a great job of diagnosing our filter issue and proposed an excellent plan to resolve the problem. He’s super knowledgeable and detail oriented as well as very professional. Five stars, highest recommendation!

When I was looking for an office space, I found these guys online. Richard is one of the managers of the Intelligent Office space and he's phenomenal. Also the ladies at the front desk are super professional and always looking out for you. The office spaces are clean well maintained and you get great views from the 12th, 16th and 17th floor. I highly recommend them and will definitely continue to use their spaces.

I rented office space here in April and was very pleased! My office was quiet, roomy and had a great view! Everyone was very quick to respond to my questions and very helpful overall. Would definitely recommend!

I've had such a positive experience with Amy, Richard and Amanda in the office; Mario/Sandy and others on the service staff and CJ the building manager. Everyone is competent and devoted to providing an environment and support where my business and non-profit can thrive. Add to that the unexpected collaboration and opportunities that have come from officing alongside other like-minded professionals... pretty much a recipe for success.

Worth.Every.Penny. I was looking for a place to rent an office that I could work from and meet clients. I also was in need of hiring a receptionist, but was not sure if I could afford both. I have rented from executive offices in the past, but was never very impressed by the conditions. Intelligent Office's employees and offices far exceeded my expectations! I finally have the ability to have a receptionist answering my calls so I can focus on my business and client needs and not worry about my phones not being answered or, worse yet, being answered by someone who mis-represents my company.
