We’ve been using Intelligent Office - Denver Tech Center, and I’m very pleased with their service. Every staff member has reached out to us on multiple occasions to make sure our concerns are addressed and that we get any help we might need. Their customer service is truly 5-star — responsive, friendly, and dependable. The virtual office setup, mail handling, and call answering have all worked seamlessly. It’s clear they care about making their clients feel supported and looked after. We appreciate their professionalism and would recommend them without hesitation.

Even though real estate office space is less used than in the past, this is a great way to get service and have a physical office with little to no interruptions in the world of my business as we move into the future of selling homes and having office space for us and for those clients that still meet us at the office. I was a client at IO Lakewood for about a year from early 2023 to early 2024. This is a wonderful office space. The staff (big shoutout to Patricia) are extremely kind and helpful, and responded promptly to all questions or requests I had. The office has a nice little kitchen area, is quiet, has a huge parking lot that has plenty of convenient spaces. The offices are large and have 6 foot high windows. The conference rooms are usually available, and the price was less than any coworking space downtown. Nearby is plenty of variety for lunch (literally across the street is 240 Union for fancy food, Bread and Salt for excellent breakfast, a Thai place, subway, and a delicatessen. Across the street the other way is chipotle, Tokyo joes, and old chicago. The amount of times I was able to get a great lunch with less than 3 minute walk between calls is uncountable. Also there are two walkable barbershops, a Starbucks, 10+ more restaurants less than 5 blocks away, a grocery store, a really big 24 hour fitness center and more. The location is right off of 6th. 15 minutes to downtown Denver. In case you can’t tell, I liked it there and highly recommend. I ended my time at Intelligent Office when I moved my home to another part of the city.

The staff have been very helpful and professional and when there were mistakes made, they have worked to promptly rectify them. I would recommend them.
