This place and the ladies running it are fantastic. I’m not sure how they hold it all together for all of their clients but it’s very impressive!

I rent a large individual office at Intelligent Office–Westminster, a locally owned coworking and executive office space in Westminster, Colorado, and have had a consistently positive experience. The space has a pleasant, professional atmosphere with comfortable furnishings, good sound absorption, and thoughtful shared amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, and ice machine. • The office is fully staffed by an office manager and reception team during business hours, with the option for 24/7 access. The staff are genuinely kind and helpful, and it is refreshing to work in a space where you are greeted by familiar faces rather than feeling anonymous. • Before finding Intelligent Office–Westminster, I rented from a large national coworking chain that felt impersonal and overpriced. Intelligent Office–Westminster is locally owned by a Colorado-based company, and that shows in both the service and the environment. I especially appreciate that visitors are greeted by a receptionist instead of walking into a sterile waiting area. • There is a wide range of services available, from individual offices and coworking desks to mail services, phone answering, and two very nice conference rooms. Most offices have windows, and the coworking space has excellent daylight. The location offers ample parking and easy walking access to Starbucks, 7-Eleven, and several lunch options.

I rented the medium conference room and it was great. Plenty of room. Very nice facilities. It was modern and clean. Amber at the front desk was professional and helpful. Great experience and would use again.

I love this Intelligent office! Amber and Kara are absolutely amazing. The office space is clean versatile and has all the amenities I could need and more. I'd give them more stars if I could!

Great space, nice staff and good location!

I’m so glad I don’t have to be bothered by the phones all the time. I can focus on what I need to do. Kara and Amber are great, my patients have become very familiar and always giving me great feedback on how warm and helpful they are. Thank you for all your help and support.

This co-working space is hands down the best one in this area. The front desk staff are genuinely warm and friendly, the location is perfect, space is clean and bright and they have monitors, generous sized tables and glass partitions in their shared working space that have made it possible for me to work without missing a beat. The best part? I pay when I come and that’s it! No contract, no monthly fee and no reservation needed. Just a fair rate/day whenever I pop in. You can’t beat this flexibility!

The staff at Intelligence Office Westminster is absolutely phenomenal! They are always so sweet and friendly to me. My daughter is in college and uses their drop in desks to get work done, it’s pay-per-day so it’s great for her finals studying!
