Intelligent office is a fantastic rental space. They provide my small business with all the tools to be successful and Richard is such a pleasure to work with. He understands the small business owner and helps with flexibility to help your business continue to grow.

I love that I can talk directly to the owner of the company and that he stays involved with his business. His team has provided outstanding service and saved my business significant money in the process.

Richard is very professional. I have searched the city over and over to find an AFFORDABLE and PRIVATE office. Little to my surprise, the office also offers live phone support! Amazing! What are you waiting on? Call today for your tour! Tell them Sharon sent you!

Great office space! Very professional staff and management! 5 stars!

Richard and the Team are fantastic, both with attention to detail on our phone calls and in prepping the space for our meetings. We couldn't scale without them

Great space. Call service is a perfect add on for my business.

This is a great place to work! Richard and the team are awesome. Best value is the phone service they offer - every business should check out this service. Highly recommend!

They have great meeting rooms for my client meetings that are professional and very affordable. Highly recommend.

The rooms and the facility are top notch. The staff is attentive and professional. And where else do you get the opportunity to work directly with the owner!? I love how Richard can customize options to work specifically for each client. And his referrals have personally helped me grow my business! Most highly recommend Richard and the people at Intelligent Office!!!

What a great outfit. The greatest part of this is that you can get services à la carte. Keep it up, you’re doing great work.
