Amazing experience and great staff! The Chesapeake room was perfect for our conference needs!

We had such a wonderful experience utilizing the conference space and private offices for a team gathering at Intelligent Office! The team and staff were more than accommodating, professional and courteous. We felt completely at home there and they write everything in their power to ensure of it. We will absolutely utilize their space again for future gatherings and recommend to anyone looking for a great space to work, no matter what your needs are - I’m confident they’ll make you feel welcome and taken care of.

This was the first time I ever rented office space. Intelligent office made things so easy for me to sign up. They also followed up with a phone call to make sure I had everything I needed and were so welcoming when I arrived to the office. They made everything so simple for me. I will go back to this place in the future if I ever need to rent again. Thank you so much.

I recently visited their Rockville, MD, location, and I would like to express my immediate reaction. Walking into the space, I felt nothing less than "peaceful" vibes. There was a warmth in the decor, the color scheme selected, and orchids in the meeting rooms (which are my favorite flowers), as well as in the professionalism and greeting from the staff, who are the initial face, heartbeat, and "tone-setters" of the office. Speaking of setting a pleasant tone, the office manager Ms. Montgomery is a lovely and personable person and made me feel very welcome in the office from the start. Afterwards, I had several other spaces to visit, and NOTHING came close to the intimate and boutique style office/virtual office space that this location had to offer...they were very cold, too bright, impersonal, nor as inviting, and in my line of work, the atmosphere must be conducive to what I do and my personality. If you are looking for a professional, well-maintained, warm and welcoming environment to conduct your business, you need to look no further!

The space itself was perfect for business—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. We had team members traveling from Florida and across the region, and the setup made everything seamless. The office provided all the necessary tech connections for our computers, beverages, and snacks, ensuring our focus remained on the meeting. They even went the extra mile by ordering and setting up lunch in their lounge, making the entire experience even more convenient. This is a very nice office area to temporary rent space for your small business or meetings. It is quiet space and includes a receptionist. It is easy to access on the 3th floor. There is plenty of free parking. Highly recommend !!!
