I have been using Intelligent Office for the last year to get my nurse practitioner office up and running. From the very first phone call the process has been easy and efficient, and the staff incredibly kind and warm. Otto was a friendly face at the start of my journey. I was able to get set up within a matter of days. Pricing was transparent and very reasonable. It has been smooth sailing since. Ernestine and Betsy have been available as needed for questions and concerns along the way. The office is easily accessible 24/7 to collect mail. I had no difficulty reserving rooms when needed for meetings. I did not use many of the other services available though was pleasantly surprised by what was offered. My time with Intelligent Office is only ending as my business has outgrown their available space. It has been a pleasure starting my business in such a positive and supportive atmosphere. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a virtual office space and I would not hesitate to return for services.

I have rarely if ever written reviews for companies due in part to my not being a fan of social media and, my incredibly busy schedule as I am a CPA dealing in the areas of taxation and forensic investigations and business consultation. Many are moving to technology as a means of answering phone calls but as someone like me who is steeped in technology, this is a high technology service delivery service with an old-school feel that makes business associates and clients of my firm extremely comfortable when they reach out to us. I work with a wide variety of clients and contacts, some of whom can be a pain in the neck to deal with but in all cases, not only do they get treated in a fair and reasonable and professional manner with that "mommy cares for you feel" and touch but, the essential information received is immediately transmitted when I cannot pick up the call where Intelligent Office Columbus employees are working to connect with me to pass on the call directly. The owner of this organization has done an outstanding job at making all technological capabilities available to deliver the service is organization is committed to provide but has managed to assemble a tremendous crew of people who have the kindness compassion and caring incapability to do the job right. Otto and his team are great. Offices are always clean and the group is always friendly. Easy access to covered and street parking and mail service is a huge time saver. Would highly recommend this arrangement for small businesses or solopreneurs. Always fun to visit and a great view from the open room.
