The level of expertise that the (local) phone answering staff has when it comes to their professional manner, knowledge of my business, my specific expectations and all the options they provide, is a step above any other business in this industry. The building (meeting spaces, lobby/receptionist area, and offices) is beautiful and has everything I need including two receptionists to greet my clients! 10 out of 10!
