I moved to Intelligent Office following years with an office space company that shall not be named. Day and night difference. The folks at IO are responsive and genuinely interested in supporting you. Thank you, Al, Laila, and team!

Common Questions About Our iAssistant

Find answers to common questions about our iassistant solutions. Learn how it can benefit you, how to sign up, and what to expect.

01

How can I ensure you understand my business?

We ensure we understand your business through a detailed initial consultation to grasp your goals and needs, a personalized onboarding process, and continuous communication with a dedicated iAssistant who is specifically matched to your industry. Regular check-ins and feedback sessions ensure we stay aligned with your evolving business requirements.

02

Can you work with my existing technology and systems?

Yes! Our Intelligent Assistants are highly adaptable and can work with your existing technology and systems. Whether you use specific CRM software, project management tools, or communication platforms, we are experienced in quickly integrating into your workflows to ensure seamless support.

03

How can you ensure confidentiality and data security?

We take data security and confidentiality very seriously. Our Intelligent Assistants adhere to strict confidentiality agreements, and we employ robust security protocols such as encrypted communications, secure data storage, and access control measures to protect your sensitive information. Your privacy and trust are our top priorities.

04

Who will my point of contact be?

You will be assigned a point person as your primary point of contact. They will manage your tasks, communications, ensuring consistency and a deep understanding of your business needs. In addition, you will also have access to our management team if any issues or special requests arise!

05

What happens if my needs change?

Our services are flexible and can easily scale with your business. If your requirements increase or decrease, we can adjust your service plan accordingly. Whether you need additional support, specialized services, or a shift in focus, we’ll work with you to customize the solution that best fits your evolving needs.

06

What if I need support outside of business hours?

We understand that business doesn’t always stop when the day ends. If you require support outside of regular business hours, we can accommodate that through customized scheduling, or we can arrange for additional support depending on your needs. Simply let us know your requirements, and we’ll provide a solution tailored to your schedule.

07

Is this only related to business services?

No, our Intelligent Assistants can support both business and personal tasks. Whether you need help managing your professional calendar, booking travel, handling emails, or even organizing personal appointments, we offer comprehensive support to streamline both work and personal responsibilities.

08

Can you work out of my office?

Our Virtual Assistants work out of our location office, providing the flexibility and convenience of virtual support. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and we’ll find a solution that works best for you!

09

What tasks should I delegate to a virtual assistant first?

Start with work that is repetitive, time-sensitive and doesn’t need you personally: scheduling, inbox triage, data entry, invoicing reminders and client follow-up. Our guide, Virtual Assistants for Small Businesses: Services, Benefits, and How to Choose One, walks through how to choose. Our iAssistant team at 100 Pine Street can then take those tasks off your plate.

10

How is iAssistant different from a virtual receptionist?

A virtual receptionist answers and routes your calls. An iAssistant goes further and handles the tasks behind those calls: managing your calendar, following up with clients, organizing documents, handling mail and keeping projects moving. Many San Francisco clients start with phone answering and add iAssistant when the admin work starts competing with billable time.

11

Can my iAssistant handle tasks that need someone in person?

Yes. Because our team works on site at 100 Pine Street, your iAssistant can receive and sort your mail and packages, prepare and send physical documents, and set up a time with our onsite notary. That in-person presence is something a fully remote assistant can’t offer, and it’s especially useful for attorneys, real estate professionals and consultants.
