When Travieso McLeod first opened its doors at Intelligent Office Ponte Vedra-Nocatee in 2022, the firm was looking for more than four walls and a desk. It was looking for a professional home in the community its attorneys already lived in. Four years later, the boutique trial firm represents individuals and families across Northeast Florida in some of the most difficult cases a person can face — and it still runs out of the same Ponte Vedra office.
We sat down with the team at Travieso McLeod to talk about how the firm got started, how they use their space, and why being close to their clients matters as much as anything else they do.
Q: How did Travieso McLeod get started, and what core values drive your work?
When we opened our Ponte Vedra office in 2022, we wanted more than just office space — we wanted to establish a presence in a professional community, in a place we were already proud to call home. We joined as Travieso Law Firm, and as we grew into Travieso McLeod, our commitment to this community only grew stronger.
Today, Travieso McLeod is a boutique trial law firm representing individuals and families throughout Northeast Florida in medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death cases. From the beginning, our goal has been to intentionally focus on a limited number of complex cases, so we can give every client the time, attention, preparation, and advocacy they deserve.
That philosophy still guides everything we do. Our firm is built on integrity, compassion, and excellence — because we know that behind every case is a person or family navigating one of the most difficult chapters of their lives.

Q: Which spaces and services do you use, and what made you realize you needed a workspace to grow?
We lease private office space at the Ponte Vedra-Nocatee location, and we regularly use the conference rooms for client meetings, case strategy sessions, mediation preparation, trial preparation, focus groups, and meetings with referral partners and expert witnesses.
Having professional meeting space in Ponte Vedra is convenient for both our team and our clients. It lets us meet close to home while maintaining the environment we want for important conversations and case preparation.
As our firm has grown, having an office here has become an important part of how we serve clients throughout Northeast Florida.
Q: How has membership impacted your firm?
Having an office in Ponte Vedra has made it easier to meet with clients, collaborate with experts, and stay connected to the local business community. It has also allowed us to establish a consistent presence in one of the communities where we spend so much of our time.
For our firm, it is less about the office itself and more about being accessible to our clients and staying engaged in the community.
Q: What’s next for Travieso McLeod?
As the firm continues to grow, we look forward to deepening our roots in the Ponte Vedra community. We’re proud of the results we’ve achieved for our clients, but we’re even more proud of the trust they’ve placed in us and the relationships we’ve built throughout Northeast Florida.
Supporting local schools, youth athletics, nonprofit organizations, and community events is an important part of who we are. Ponte Vedra isn’t simply where we work — it’s where we invest our time, raise our families, and build lasting relationships. We’re grateful to Intelligent Office for being part of that journey.
