I would I recommend Intelligent Office to any business that is looking for office space with support. The offices are very nice and the support staff is A+.

Intelligent Office was an excellent place for us to host our company's one-day offsite leadership meeting. The Lake Minnetonka conference room was perfect, and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

I practice child protection law and my clients are in a difficult place in their lives whenever they call. The Intelligent Assistants give my clients their time and attention and make them feel valued. The space is professional, the address is impressive, the voicemail system is convenient, and the value is high. I have nothing negative to say about IO.

Great office space and extremely helpful staff!

Clean, professional office space in very desirable location. I am in real estate, and this is an ideal space for client meetings - easy access after hours and friendly, courteous staff provide help during business hours. Mailbox and answering services help manage incoming workload and scheduling. I would highly recommend for anyone who self employed and has a growing business!

Wow!! What a game changer! I'm a one man shop that did all my own scheduling and tried to figure things out on my own. Intelligent Office took things to a new level for me, I could focus on the work while they took my calls and scheduled all my customers. They helped me develop business plans to better suit my trade and the efficiency had grown tremendously with my day to day tasks and most importantly my invoicing is completed before I leave the customers house, who doesn't want that??!! I'm only a few months into our partnership and I get rave reviews from my customers how great it is to call my business line and talk to Judy or Emily and get scheduled immediately. The Intelligent Office staff is efficient, professional, and friendly. Their phone forwarding service has allowed us to work remotely while still being able to answer our customers calls. The time they take to get to know our business and provide helpful initial customer interaction is fantastic. We will continue to use their services!
